AADE inspectors imposed a lock on one business and a fine on another on Monday night (5/8) in Chania, following an inspection they carried out at a concert venue.
In particular, according to ERT the auditors of AADE, found the non-issuance of a large number of receipts for retail transactions in businesses serving the area of a major event, held on Monday, August 5, in the city center of Chania.
This resulted in the AADE services, which applied the measure of suspension, based on the provisions of article 13A of Law 2523/1997, to seal one of them within 48 hours and impose a special monetary penalty to another.
Audits continue, with the aim of business compliance, to ensure public revenues.
