Today’s session closed with a slight increase Stock Exchange of Athens amid a mild downward movement in European markets, with share of Motor Oil to stand.
From the high capitalization index of the Athens Stock Exchange, the shares of Motor Oil, Ellactor, PPA and Eurobank outperformed.
The General Price Index closed at 1,426.20 points, marking an increase of 0.27%.
Intra-sessionally it fluctuates in a range of 8.34 units. It recorded a high of 1,428.71 (+0.45%) and a low of 1,420.37 (-0.14%)
The value of the transactions amounted to 93.20 million euros, while 19,628,812 shares were sold.
The large-cap index rose 0.25%, while the mid-cap index gained 0.12%.
In the upper part of the capitalization, the biggest increase was recorded in the shares of Motor Oil (+3.65%), PPA (+2.39%), Ellactor (+2.02%), Eurobank (+1, 61%), Terna Energy ( + 1.59%) and GEK TERNA (+1.46%).
On the contrary, the biggest fall was recorded in the shares of Ttian (-2.50%), Autohellas (-1.53%), Viohalco (-1.35%) and Aegean Airlines (-1.06%).
Alpha Bank and Ethniki presented the largest number of transactions, selling 4,454,856 and 2,882,863 shares, respectively.
The highest transaction value was recorded by National Bank with 23.50 million euros and Alpha Bank with 6.84 million euros.
43 stocks increased, 63 decreased and 12 remained stable.
The biggest increase was recorded in the shares: Moda Bango + 5.43% AS Company + 5.43% and AS Company + 3.70%.
The biggest drop was recorded in the shares: Eliketos -10.00% and Doppler -9.71%.
