To file taxpayers with debts at the tax office based on the amount of the debt and their income and property status, the AADE with the full activation of the Eispraxis system while at the same time preparing a blow to the bigots stepping on the gas in real estate auctions and placing “pegs” on those with debts of more than 150,000 euros each.
After a short break due to the European elections, the AADE electronic hammer will strike again on Wednesday, June 26, where a 5-star hotel in Rhodes will be auctioned with a first bid price of 7.5 million euros.
When will the IRS “knock”?
On July 9, 2024, AADE will “strike” again by sending an ultimatum to the major debtors of the State and EFKA. With the electronic “rabasaki” he will send, he will give them a deadline of 15 days, specifically July 24, 2024, to pay their debts. On July 31, 2024, those who deviated from the regulations will see their name published on the AADE website.
Those with debts that:
- subject to a regulatory regime and its conditions are respected,
- subject to suspension of payment by a temporary order, court decision, act of an administrative body or by law,
- classified as uncollectible.
Debts of deceased or minors and legal entities within the narrow or wider public sector are also not made public.
It is noted that the total amount of overdue debts of the State exceeds 107 billion euros and of insurance funds 47.8 billion euros.
New auctions
AADE’s real estate auction program for the coming months already includes 19 properties ranging from apartments, houses, farms, lots, business premises, and even parking lots. The list is growing every day, while the auctions he has already scheduled include:
- Building complex of 4,552 square meters in VIPE in Alexandroupolis with a first offer price of 471,000 euros.
- Furniture production unit of 2,250 square meters on a lot of 29,280 square meters in Diavata with a first offer price of 2,290,000 euros.
- First floor apartment of 76 square meters in Sepolia with a first offer price of 88,000 euros.
- Horizontal ownership of a building in Ekali of 1,200 sqm with a first offer price of 1,430,000 euros.
