In the case of using a vehicle that has been permanently inactive or removed, a fine of 10,000 euros will be imposed on the owner, as well as the traffic taxes corresponding to the vehicle for the year of recognition. If the offense is repeated within five years, the fine will be doubled and the driving license of the owner or owner of the vehicle will be revoked for 3 years.

The restoration of a vehicle, which has fallen into a permanent state of inactivity, is possible in exceptional cases, with the issuance of a bill of 150 euros and after a documented application to of the Department of Transport and Communications of the relevant Region or the competent Services of the Hellenic Police, which gives the relevant approval or rejection of the application.
